All transactions on this website are conducted as B2B, i.e. you are purchasing in connection with your business. Any returns from businesses are at our discretion. They must be within a 14-day period from when the goods were delivered or collected. It is required to request the return in advance. If we permit the return, any refunds will be the full amount of the returned goods minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Exempt from returns are the following:

  • Items purchased over 14 days ago.
  • Used Items.
  • Items not in the original condition in which we sold them. This includes but is not limited to; any marks, scratches, dents, water damage, odours etc.
  • If any parts appear used or damaged, these will be charged for.
  • Items missing tags and/or retail packaging.

Refunds

The Basics

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Returns within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount including outbound shipping costs.
  • Up to 30 days we will only refund the returned goods.

The Detail

Under our Standard Return Policy, we will refund the total original costs for the Returned Item(s) including any outbound shipping costs unless:

  • Your return does not meet our return policy, including the condition criteria.
  • The return is being made after 14 days.
  • Your return does not reach us.
  • You are only returning part of your original order. In this case we will only refund the costs of your return item(s) and not outbound shipping costs.

For returns outside 14 days, up to 30 days, we will refund the returned item(s) cost but not the outbound shipping costs.

For defective or faulty items we will cover reasonable shipping costs to get the item back to us. Please contact us for more info.

All refunds are returned to the original payment source or as a credit note (whichever you prefer).

Please do not send anything back to us without prior authorisation. The postal address on this site or shipping notes will not accept unauthorised returns.
